A large law firm in the Cincinnati area is seeking legal assistants and client support coordinators to help process documents, assist the in-house attorney's, and oversee all processes to ensure clients needs are always met. An ideal candidate would have stable office experience, strong attention to detail, and a desire to succeed and grow. Legal experience isn't required but a degree would be a plus.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Obtaining and organizing pleadings from court dockets
  • Filing pleadings electronically with the Court
  • Preparing binders for hearings
  • Drafting letters to clients and other counsel
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time-to-time

Requirements
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels throughout the organization and outside clients, providing the highest quality customer service possible
  • Ability to work independently, manage various tasks and set work priorities to meet tight deadlines
  • Paralegal Certificate and/or college degree highly preferred
  • At least 3 years related experience
  • A stable professional work history, with references
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and detail oriented environment
  • Available for overtime
